We still need assistance in the front lobby in concessions and in greeting guests

Young at art Exhibit and Reception @ 4:00pm ET

We will be needing contributions of tasty finger foods. These should be kid friendly as there will be young artists at this reception.  

We will be needing help with set up the reception table and greeting visitors.  We also will need baked goods for the reception.  The baked goods can be dropped off any time that Thursday or Friday.

Volunteers are needed for Chair set up ( 70 ). 2 greeters at the door to hand out Programs,  Food contributions (baked and finger food),  and 2 people to assist in putting away the chairs and clean-up.
