We are in need of sweet and savory finger foods for our reception table.  These need to be delivered by 4:00pm on July 11 to the Art Council.

You will be working along side other volunteers in the concession booth serving food and drinks to the event attendees.  It involves working with money and food.  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

This involves transporting and setting up chairs, pop-ups and tables for the Convention. It will involve lifting and carrying equipment.  Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  You will be working outside at Ashe County Park.

Breakdown involves taking down pop-ups, chairs, tables, and returning all equipment and materials to the Civic Center and Art Council.  It requires Lifting and carrying.
